Regency Properties Welcomes Three New Tenants to Their Retail Center
EVANSVILLE, INDIANA Regency Properties, the commercial real estate management company located in Evansville, Indiana, announced the signing of three new tenants in three of their retail centers.
At Town Center North shopping center in Evansville, Traderbakers now occupies a 22,800 sq. ft. retail space. Traderbakers is a consignment company with thirteen locations across Indiana and Kentucky and operates a large flea market offering collectibles, antiques, tools and furniture.
Jeff Baker, President of Traderbaker Malls, Inc, said “We came and took a look and fell in love with Evansville. It's an aggressive city on the move. There are so many different demographics that it should appeal to anyone wanting to open a new business.”
There are vendor subleases for dealers. The new store, which is in the space formerly occupied by Carpet One, is open seven days a week. Town Center is located on Diamond Avenue on Evansville’s north side.
At Westgate shopping center in Evansville, a new consignment store operated by Jodi Powell also opened this month. Westgate is located on Barker Avenue on Evansville’s west side.
River Creek Village, a Regency owned and managed shopping center in Aurora, Indiana announced that American Rental opened a 6,000 sq. ft. store in August.
