Jackson ParkSeymour, Indiana

Contact:
Seymour is home to the world's first train robbery in 1867, by the infamous Reno brothers. Today, the train still runs through Seymour, but the city is more commonly accessed at the crossroads of State Highway 50 and Interstate 65 in Jackson County.

Aggressive attitudes and progressive ideas have attributed to Seymour's continuous growth in manufacturing and industry. The community has benefited by a substantial influx of new business investment and retail growth. The market area continues to show strong economic indicators through low unemployment and wages that are above the state average.

Jackson Park Shopping Center was built in 1972 and continues to offer a balanced, diverse tenant mix of national and regional retailers. The shopping center is located within Seymour's primary retail corridor and attracts consumers from the entire county. Growth, improved sales and increased consumer traffic are part of the success and viability of the city of Seymour and Jackson Park Shopping Center.
