New businesses open in Evansville, Indiana and Champaign, Illinois

Regency Properties announces the opening of three new businesses in October. Gander Mountain opened October 5 at Village Commons in Evansville, Indiana. A ribbon cutting ceremony and special giveaways marked their grand opening.

Aspen Dental will open October 18 at Eastland Pointe in front of Eastland Mall, also in Evansville. Aspen Dental has locations in ten states and provides teeth whitening, hygiene, oral surgery, and fixed and removable prosthetic dentistry.

In Champaign, Illinois, Schnucks Marketplace will open on October 17 at Savoy Plaza. The 58,000 square foot expansion project began in 2006 and when open will employ up to 200 people.

All three properties are owned and managed by Regency Properties of Evansville, Indiana. The company specializes in investing in middle-American, county-seat communities and bringing needed retail services to the consumers in those areas.
