Wittman Promoted at Regency Properties

EVANSVILLE, INDIANA - Regency Properties announced today the promotion of Jim Wittman to Director of Development and Leasing. His primary responsibilities will include overseeing the leasing and development of both new and existing properties, totaling over 2.3 million square feet of shopping center space.

Mr. Wittman joined the company in 2000 and has served as a Leasing Representative, Manager of Development and Director of Development. His professional achievements include recognition as a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation held by only six-percent of commercial real estate practitioners. In Mr. Wittman’s prior role as Director of Development for Regency, he developed a Schnucks Supermarket anchored shopping center in Champaign, Illinois and redeveloped Village Commons Shopping Center in Evansville, Indiana anchored by Gander Mountain Outdoor Sporting Goods. Additional projects included the expansion of shopping centers in Aurora, Lebanon, Madison and Evansville, Indiana.
