Seymour Plaza Renovation Underway

Seymour Plaza, the retail center located at 200 East Tipton Street in Seymour, Indiana will be significantly renovated and improved over the next month with completion slated for mid September. Regency Properties, a commercial real estate management company located in Evansville, Indiana, acquired the property last year and is overseeing the renovation.

Seymour’s Goecher Construction is contracted to do the renovation work. Regency’s Julie Clayton, Director of Project Management, said “Regency Properties always makes an effort to improve the properties we own and manage so that the community and neighborhood benefit from having the commercial properties located here. We’re particularly excited about the work we’re doing at Seymour Plaza and hope it adds to the community.”

Regency Properties also owns and manages both Jackson Park and Village Center retail centers in Seymour. Since 1986, the company has been involved in the city’s Chamber of Commerce and other civic organizations. There are currently a few available spaces for lease at Seymour Plaza.
