Jim Wittman Named Vice President at Regency Properties

EVANSVILLE, INDIANA - Regency Properties, an Evansville, Indiana based commercial real estate management company, announced the promotion of Jim Wittman to Vice President.

Wittman, who has been with the company since 2000, was the Director of Development and Leasing for Regency. As Director, his responsibilities included overseeing new property developments, and leasing and marketing of commercial retail centers. He holds a BS in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University and has also attained the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS).

Regency CEO, Jim McKinney stated in his announcement of the promotion, “Jim Wittman has established himself as a visionary in our company and our developments. Jim has done an outstanding job for Regency and will continue to be a valued asset in his new leadership role. ”
