New Restaurant to open at Jackson Park

Regency Properties of Evansville, Indiana announced today that a new Mexican restaurant will open in Jackson Park Shopping Center in Seymour, Indiana. Chapala Mexican Restaurant will take the space formerly occupied by Roly Poly. Fernando Sanchez & Gustavo Cortez signed a new 3-year lease for the 1,485 sq. ft. space and are expected to open in March. Jackson Park Shopping Center was built in 1972 and has been managed by Regency Properties since 1986.
