RESPONSIBILITIES
As Chairman of the Board, Jim takes on a leadership roll in the strategic development of Regency, its affiliates and partnerships for the future while continuing to develop office and retail properties throughout the Mid-West. His extensive experience and involvement in the community have built Regency's reputation as a high quality service provider. In addition, Jim serves as Board Chair of Regency Consolidated Residential LLC (Regency Apartments).
