Regency Properties Announces Hiring of Kevin Hammett and Christopher Folz
Evansville, Indiana: Regency Properties, the Evansville, Indiana based commercial real estate company, announced the appointment of two new employees to its staff recently. Kevin L. Hammett, CPA has joined the company as Vice President of Accounting and Finance/Chief Financial Officer. Christopher M. Folz is Regency’s new Project Manager.
Hammett is a University of Southern Indiana Accounting graduate whose most recent experience has been with SMC Pneumatics (Canada) Ltd as Executive Vice President and General Manager. He was also CFO and Secretary/Treasurer of SMC’s subsidiary companies in the US and Canada. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives International, the Indiana Certified Public Accounts Society, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Who’s Who Executive Professional Registry.
Folz is a 2007 graduate of the Indiana University, Kelly School of Business. He served an internship with Regency Properties and also has experience managing investment properties. His memberships include the National Society of College Scholars, and the Indiana Real Estate Club. Folz was a two-time recipient of the Fred and Della Spencer Scholarship which recognizes the most distinguished students in the Kelley School of Business, and was on the school’s Dean’s List every semester of his college career.
