REGENCY’S WITTMAN GAINS PRESTIGIOUS CCIM DESIGNATION
Evansville, Indiana: Regency Properties’ Manager of Development, Jim Wittman successfully completed coursework and certification for designation as CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). The CCIM Institute is the most comprehensive educational program in the commercial real estate industry. The CCIM designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who prove both theoretical and practical proficiency in their profession by completing graduate level commercial real estate course work, passing comprehensive testing, and submitting an in-depth portfolio résumé of closed commercial real estate transactions they have managed successfully.
Only six-percent of commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
Wittman, a graduate of Indiana University with a BS in Business and Public Policy, has been with Regency Properties since 2000. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana and Kentucky, a licensed real estate salesman in Illinois, and a Certified Leasing Specialist with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a member of the board of directors of Junior Achievement Evansville, and a board member of the Indiana University Alumni Association of Southwest Indiana.
He is responsible for new development, leasing and marketing of retail commercial strip centers for a number of Regency Properties’ locations in Indiana and Illinois. |
