Regency Properties announces another new restaurant coming to Seymour Plaza

Just weeks after announcing the arrival of Buffalo Wild Wings at Seymour Plaza, Regency Properties announced today that White Castle Restaurant will also join the shopping center. Construction has already started on the freestanding restaurant and it is expected to open January of 2010. White Castle currently operates over 380 restaurants, but this is the first location in Jackson County.

Seymour Plaza is located along East Tipton Street, less than a mile off of Interstate 65. Regency Properties has owned and operated the shopping center for one year and renovated the property’s facade with new store fronts and a new pylon sign. Regency also operates Jackson Park and Village Center in Seymour.
