Two Regency Properties Awarded National “A List” Recognition for Service Excellence

Evansville, IN   Two Regency Properties received the nationally recognized “A List” award, at the property level, for service excellence from CEL & Associates, Inc.   Cross Pointe Office Complex located in Evansville’s Cross Pointe Commerce Center, and Village Center shopping center located in Seymour, IN received the coveted recognition.

CEL & Associates, Inc. is a national real estate consulting firm located in Los Angeles, CA.  After years of conducting hundreds of thousands of customer satisfaction surveys for thousands of buildings and developments, the company compiled the real estate industry’s most comprehensive national measure for service excellence called the National Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence, at the property level, also called the “A List” Award.

The two properties received the designation after CEL & Associates, Inc. conducted REACT tenant satisfaction surveys for each of Regency Properties’ commercial properties.  Both Cross Pointe Office Complex and Village Center received a score over 85 for service satisfaction with over 50% of tenants responding to the independent survey.  These scores and responses are considered a “Best In The Industry” rating for providing the highest level of quality of service to tenants. According to the award, these two Regency Properties have “tenant satisfaction scores among the highest in the nation.”
