New Anytime Fitness Center to Open in Madison Center

Madison Center has announced that a new Anytime Fitness Center is opening soon. Anytime Fitness is a unique concept offering 24-hour access to fitness equipment to their members, and the option of using over 1,000 clubs nationwide.

Anytime Fitness center will be open 24 hours daily and offers the newest workout equipment and a “Cardio Theater.” The 6,700 sq. ft. facility will be owned and operated by Mark and Melanie Garlitch, and Tom Runnebohm.

The Madison Center Shopping Center is located at the intersection of State Route 7 and Clifty Drive. Big Lots, Family Dollar and River Valley Financial occupy all the leased space in the center, but an outlot is available for further expansion.

Madison Center is one of two Madison, Indiana shopping centers managed by Regency Properties of Evansville, Indiana; the other is Hilltop Plaza. Regency Properties develops, manages and leases commercial properties in vibrant middle American county seat communities in seven states.
