Regency Properties Leases to Three New Tenants in Indiana

Evansville, Indiana-based Regency Properties signed three new tenants to leases in three of their Indiana properties recently.

In Evansville, IN, Humana Insurance will soon occupy a nearly 3,000 sq. ft. office in Cross Pointe Office Complex, Building 4.

Also in Evansville, Aspen Dental will soon occupy 4,154 sq. ft. in Eastland Pointe. The building is located adjacent to busy Eastland Mall on the northwest corner of Virginia and Green River Rd. at the mall’s entrance.

In Aurora, IN, Armed Forces leased a space in River Creek Village. The shopping center is located on US Highway 50, just across the state line from Cincinnati.

Regency Properties owns and manages commercial properties in county-seat communities throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Alabama and Mississippi.
