Regency Properties Announces New Personnel

Regency Properties, an Evansville-based commercial properties management company has recently hired two new employees.

Thomas Andis has been hired as Maintenance Technician. He holds a technical certifications in HVAC. He was previously with Sabic Plastics in Mount Vernon, Indiana.

Mandy Chinn has joined Regency as Financial Analyst. She is a graduate of University of Southern Indiana and is completing her CMA certification. She was previously employed by Mead Johnson Nutritionals.
