Green Acres Shopping Center Has New Owner

Evansville, Indiana
Regency Properties, an Evansville, Indiana based commercial real estate company, has just acquired Green Acres Shopping Center. The 35,416 square foot center is located on US Highway 27 in Havana, Florida. It is the only retail center in the area, featuring Harvey’s Supermarket, Family Dollar, Asian Buffet and Internet Cafe.

Regency Properties has a history of involvement in towns throughout the South and Midwest and is committed to the needs of the local neighborhoods. Howard McKinnon, Town Manager for the City of Havana said, “We look forward to Regency coming to Havana and becoming a part of our corporate community.”
