New Financial Planning Company to Open in Cross Pointe

Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. will be moving to Cross Pointe Commerce Center in Evansville, Indiana and is expected to open next spring.  Ameriprise signed a five-year lease for 1376 square feet in the newest addition of the Office Complex.  Co-Tenants include American Family Insurance, which opened earlier this month, Tri-State Oral Surgeons and other professional offices.   
 
Cross Pointe continues to grow as one of Evansville’s leading centers for financial commerce.  Businesses include AG Edwards, Northwestern Mutual, BKD, Farm Bureau Insurance and American Family Insurance.   
 
Cross Pointe Commerce Centre is a professional office park located near the intersection of Interstate 164 and Highway 66 in Evansville, Indiana.  Regency Properties, also of Evansville, owns and manages Cross  Pointe Commerce Center.
